After the falling of CBGB on OCT.15TH 2006, the reign of Iceone's hip hop shows and his bouncing career came to halt for a bit. But before that happened, he managed to promote & excecute 18 successful shows under six months and still managed to bounce a few knuckle heads before it was all over. In those six months he worked with strictly underground artists such as NIGHTWALKER of ACL,HOLYSMOKES of ACL, AUDIO COMPOSERS LEAGUE, EBGB & SPEAK EASY, NASSAU CHAINSAW, THE DAY LABORERS, FREESTYLE of the ARSONISTS, MR.HYDE of Psycho+Logical-Records, NO GOOD PEOPLE, MINDSpray, JAK PROGRESSO & IDE,THE REAVERS, BILL BROWN, LIVING IN A SHELL, JUS DAVE & STRESS, RACK LO & THE LO LIFES, AKIR, POISON PEN, MAJESTY ( MY NIGGA DOIN BIG THINGS ), JESS JAMEZ of E.O.W & APF, SVENGALI of E.O.W, PRO PAYNE of E.O.W, FINAL OUTLAW, BIG MEGA, BKAY & FRANK B, BIZZARE ROYAL, JUGGAKNOTS, LOUIS LOGIC, J-ZONE & CEE-LO, HYDRA, PACK FM, QN5 MUSIC GROUP, TONEDEFF, CUNNINLINGUIST, DIABOLIC, EL GANT, MR. I think thats all of them. But back to what i was saying. Between the struggles of success and failure, he continued to maintain progress. While looking for a new job and way to promote true underground hip hop , alot of clubs were'nt as into it as he thought. Most of the clubs he went to were actually more scared of the idea of a good hip hop show, rather than embracing the idea. So in knowing of the situation he put a pause for a cause. He continued to make beats and also began to write again. He also started to perform again in 2007 as BIG MEG'S hype man to break the ice of not performing for years. He also brought his artwork back to the fore front aiding him on his journey to preserving hip hop.
After turning PUREALITY PRODUCTIONZ LLC into a corporation, he divided the company. He turned it into a graphic design company, a promotion firm, and music group. He's a man with a mission living his passion. he started connecting with international local artists. He made a track with Spains own " RAMALOUS THE CHEF " with the joint "GHETTO LIFE" on the "STILL IN THE AJO" album. . He's looking foward to doing more work with over seas artist. he will be coming out with his CD album titled " KEEP TO THE SCRIPT " featuring FINAL OUTLAW, BIG MEG, NIGHTWALKER, AZEONE aka MR.SINISTER, PYRO, HAZARDOUS MATERIALZ and a few others.we dont wanna give everything away. But ICE has plenty of new ideas to bring to the table. He's far from finished with anything, stay tuned with ice as he continues to hold the torch for the underground. And stay tuned for upcoming events. when theres will, theres always a way.
