pudfluff was born and raised on vancouver island. he wrote his first rap in grade 3 with his buddy yeti fom the hotel lobbyists. pudfluff even used to own a pair of hammer pants and liked to try to dance like kid and play. pudfluff started rapping again in grade 10 and quickly hooked up with dj steelos (the fix), mr.newz and evo freeze and kava 1. pudfluff first preformed live with mr.newz in a group they called the absense society. pudfluff, freeze, kava 1 and dj steelos would go on to form the electrifying and dynamic group homegrowninc which would eventually go on to include teus as ceo. pudfluff has worked with local artists such as innersoul flow (fatty d, suga d, kevin rockwell, mass), sunk city, deceo ellipsis, midnight, jb1, ms.divine, aria silenced, and other guys and girls. pudfluff has opened for such artists as visionaries, aceyalone, moka only, jeff spec, beatnuts, obie trice, cunninlinguists and other rap guys like that.

pudfluff has been off the map AND off the radar for some time now. He can be found neither high nor low and is almost all but forgotton in the land of his birth as a spitter of raps and representer of all things real and true and dope and delicious. Since graduating college in 2007 with his BA, pudfluff, has abandoned his native shores for the promise of work overseas and a better life. This search brought him to South Korea where he worked as a kindergarten teacher. pudfluff's life in Korea outside the workplace consisted mainly of searching for waves along it's forbidding barb-wired coastline, playing for the local ice-hockey team, and writing raps with local musicians. other than a few open mic performances and small, highly pudfluffian gigs at a local ex-patriot watering hole, p.flu has spent very little time on stage. yet and still and even though he has not opened any shows for ageing canadian hip hop novelty acts recently. he is still passionate about writing raps, having fun, and completely disregarding the allure and glamour of all those throwback ball caps, garbage-bag t-shirts, jeans with cartoon characters, and everything else that reminds him of the tenth grade. pudfluff is not from New York or LA or Chicago or New Orleans or Houston, or even Oregon. he's from Vancouver Island and he's been taking it with him everywhere he goes. nawwww mean? nawmn sayin'? of course you do.
As of July 2008 pudfluff has been spending his time sleeping in, and staying up late. Recent talks with producer&DJ Steelos have resulted in a plan to make another album, for old time's sake. If you care at all just hang on and he'll be around. no rush.
