Problem Solver Revolver follows a strong line of powerful and innovative hardcore born out of what has become well known as Erie Pa’s LAKE EFFECT HARDCORE. Cast in the summer of 2000, PSR set their sights on taking fast tempo, heavy, thought provoking hardcore to the next level.



With the release of a NYHC influenced five song EP on Surprise Attack Records (All Hell Breaks Loose, Target Nevada) PSR set out to spread their sound worldwide. For a year and a half PSR played over 60 shows from Quebec City to Birmingham, Alabama, and Raleigh, North Carolina to Minneapolis, Minnesota. Touring up and down the east coast and deep into the Midwest had helped PSR to develop a strong and feverish underground following.



Following a one year hiatus PSR regrouped again backed by the hardcore powerhouse Surprise Attack Records, ready to once again take the world by storm. With the release of a split CD with Shot Point Blank (Australia) and a full length on Surprise Attack Records (Due out mid summer 2005), PSR has gone global and there is no turning back. Packing loaded microphones and guitars, ready to unleash a firestorm of powerful lyrics, catchy sing-a-longs, intense breakdowns, and unreal fast beats, Problem Solver Revolver will be bringing true LAKE EFFECT HARDCORE to your city soon.



From the beginning in the year 2000 PSR has toured the US playing with top names in hardcore and metal. From Hatebreed to Martyr A.D., Throwdown and Death Threat, Bleeding Through and Comeback Kid, PSR has been associated with and played with only the best in hardcore. The energy and power of PSR compliments any line up.
