Philoscopic

Philoscopic is Garrett Vance, with the help of a few choice others. Oriented towards alt-classical dream-scaped chamber pop, it's largely in the think tank in this point, existing primarily as an online presence.
Vance's music has been featured on an official David Lynch Foundation compilation of "David Lynch inspired music", originally given to the man himself as a birthday present and achieving various radio airplay since. It's also been featured on a Dulcett record label compilation alongside previously unreleased Ariel Pink and Bobby Birdman.
Philoscopic makes it's debut at the Arabica Lounge on September 12, 2011.
