PHAT RAT is an inspirational, talented leader which has dubbed him as The Negotiator of the hip hop world. His talent has allowed him to work with some of the most innovative people in the entertainment industry. Phat rat has consulted for some of the most successful and prominent names including The GAME, Dr Dre, Big Fase 100, Michael Jackson, Rodney Jerkins, Tyra Banks, Britney Spears, Kevin Federline, Matt Gleason, and Baron Davis. Phat Rat has commenced various movements that have been marked as the most lucrative and effective, from non-profit organizations to corporate businesses. He has negotiated contracts and business deals for The Black Wall Street, Aftermath, Legacy Sports, Dark Child, and many more. His fan base spans beyond the borders of the United States from Belgium, France, to various parts of the Middle East.



Phat Rat began his career as a criminal business man in the neighborhoods of Northern California. From a young age, Phat Rat was forced into the game of drugs, guns, and unlawful activity. As early as 6 years of age, Phat Rat ran the streets of Northern California and by age 12, he was considered the Tony Montana of the hood.



After a long, arduous three year stay at San Quentin State Prison, Phat Rat returned to the city where he once ruled the streets and the drug game. However, after seeing numerous young people in his own neighborhood embarking on a life of crime, he knew he had to lead his people beyond the hustler lifestyle. Knowing that his neighborhood was relying on him to return to his former career, which had formerly provided sustenance for his community, Phat Rat used his power to promote and uplift his people in a positive way. He coupled his street knowledge with his Ivy League education from Stanford University to place himself in the position to help his community. Phat Rat became a consultant to the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) and led the most successful and critically acclaimed truancy program, H.E.A.T. in Northern California for five years. He proved so successful because he had the trust and respect of his people; the only person who had the power to convince and change peoples decisions and lifestyles.



After Phat Rats employment with the SFUSD, he embarked on a career as a consultant in the music industry. His natural ability to play a liaison role between the corporate arena and the community allowed him to fulfill this role. Phat Rat began his music career as a consultant to Rodney Jerkins at Darkchild. He advised the handling and the career moves of various celebrities and ultimately launched his own movement, The Black Wall Street. The Black Wall Street is an organization aimed at the betterment of the social and economical structures in the urban community through pop culture, such as music, apparel, and movies. For over three years, Phat Rat nurtured the organization into full bloom, overseeing and negotiating all business aspects. His commitment to the Black Wall Street movement and to his community has fueled his undeniable success.



While he has appeared on various underground mixtapes, including The Games youknowwhatthisis vol. 3 and vol. 4, he is not a rapper, but a motivational speaker. Speaking the R-E-A-L, Phat Rat has a way with words that enthuses individuals, from, the most feared Gangtas to the most conservative politician. Phat Rat is also acknowledged and celebrated in the hip hop world for his Hip Hop Ministries, Christian bible stories told with a modern day twist. He has performed his hip hop ministries for thousands of people around the world and is well-renowned for his appearances on various celebrity tours. Nevertheless, he is now in the development of building the next west coast savior of hip hop, Ya' Boy, under the Precise Music Group Artist Development division.
