This is Toronto's Peter Elkas and The Elkas Band rehearsing Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band's ROSALITA in their rehearsal space as they were preparing for their friend Jeff Cohen's 50th birthday bash (which is why they go into Happy Birthday after the band intros in the middle section).
