Perfect Project is the collaboration between nyc-based producer Dot Bustelo and vocalist/songwriter Cica (born in Athens, Greece), who has been heard around the world in a series of underground club singles including global dj favorite, "The Flying Song" (Yoshitoshi). Dot was a music programmer for One Life to Live and As the World Turns. The two artists first met in the Boston hip hop/house group, Soultech. When the 7-piece ensemble disbanded, dot and cica vowed to continue developing their own unique sound.



The girls have been developing an underground following with their unreleased CD, "Café Sessions", performing live at nycs hottest parties (the gbh parties, the sexy rooftop Groovedeck part at BED, and Turntables on the Hudson). Perfect Project has expanded their fan base into Europe with their release in the U.K. on Expanded Soul and performances in London. Dot 'n Cica's hot live mix of vocals, keyboards and new beats cut perfectly in and out of any dj set.



Perfect Project is pushing the envelope of today's music with the smoothest grooves of the U.S. & Europe, definitely the (positive) vibe and lyrical edge of New York City. Everything about this project spells out the true interlude of the afterhours from a club/dj point of view.
