Sometime in 1999 famed drummer John Robinson (formerly of Catholicon) had a vision. This vision was Peckernut. He recorded a demo called "Mayonnaise Pie".
A few people (and I do mean a FEW) heard this demo. The response was good. Some people even wanted to join John in his quest for perversion. Fat guitarist Jeremy Fish and tall drummer Brian Johnston were first on board. Then Trey came in to play guitar. Then some dude named Josh (I can't spell or even pronounce his last name) came to play bass. He liked to pop and slap alot. John bludgeoned him to death, Fish fucked his corpse, and Brian destroyed the body. Enter James (Pop-shove-it) Scott to handle bass duties.
The first album "Pornocopia" was recorded in 2001 (I think) and was widely accepted among royalty and vagrants alike. A bunch of copies were sold at shows. Shortly after the release of Pornocopia, Trey started to get sleepy on stage all the time and parted ways with the band. James was trying to get his gay porn career off the ground and didn't have time for the band. He was the next to leave. John decided to play bass AND sing (that's talent!)
Shows were played nationwide (I guess I can say that) fun was had, drugs were smoked, hookers were killed, and, in 2004, John, Brian & Fish recorded the 2nd album entitled "The Cumming".
The third album was recorded in the summer of 2006. Shortly after that (around November, I think) Brian decided to leave the band to pursue other musical interests. Immediately, seasoned metal veterans Brent Smith and J-Mac were brought in to fill the void.
since then, brent has gone and jake fertitta
has been enlisted behind the skins. Due to the line-up changes and other factors, the mixing and pressing of the third album was put on the back burner for a while. It's almost done now and should be available shortly. We're now playing shows in and out of state while working on material for our fourth album.
We'll keep you posted.
