I have been playing guitar and composing racket for about 16 years. My first professional gigs were with various KISS Tribute acts. I spent a good 10 years wearing Ace Frehley makeup night after night blowing things up , burning guitars and burning myself in the process. Now , about a year ago I started working on what I would like to call my first independent record Distorted Love Story which blends many musical styles expressions and flavors. I had put together my home recording studio Mission Control II and got right to work. many of the work is comprised of stuff that has been floating around in my head for years but for the most part is all hot off the fret board. The album is still in works right now for I am doing all the production, performing, writing, mixing and recording myself. I have also asked my old singer from the the Canadian Kiss act to join me on several of the tracks as lead singer. The one and only Mark DeBlock who in my opinion is probably the strongest vocalist I have ever worked with and heard around. Also making a dialog appearance on the track That Guitar is Lyss Goegan, who gives a cute and funny performance as a ranting girlfriend to the passionate guitar player. Ok , Obsessed.

My sounds which stem from the Zappa / Zeppelin / Hendrix and many other influences are jelled together in this audio journal I have and I bet many others have been living. I guess in a way it is kind of a concept album but most of my favourite and most influential records that have changed the fire of my life have all in fact been concept records. I hope to have it complete soon, as for I am always changing, adding , subtracting and just never satisfied with my own work as an artist usually is, but I am pushing to have it in the can and on a i pod in you real soon.

It has been a great learning experience and fun in the process. I have lost tons of sleep and nourishment in the process but hey it is the air I breathe.
