I am a drummer currently based in St. Louis, Mo. I began drumming at age five and began playing jazz very early on, eventually moving on into more aggressive musical styles .I have always tried to push the limits of myself and what I already know, maintaining a very high energy drumming style.By combining intricate techniques of jazz/fusion with aggressive, modern death metal I can apply my style in a powerful live performance as well as the studio.
My musical tastes range from classical and jazz, to harsher electronic sounds and extreme metal. Stylistically my drumming is versatile and can cover many bases and my musical background is diverse, though I prefer and excel in more technical death metal of which I have a large background in. I find this style of drumming to be most challenging both physically and mentally on the kit- daring you to be just as great as you can be. By drumming in more of an aggressive technical style has included work recording as well as much live work opening for such acts as Nile, Hate Eternal, Deicide, Behemoth, Vital Remains, Cannibal Corpse, Origin, Deeds of Flesh, The Berzerker, and many others in this genre.

Now in 2008 I have been working doing session touring with the band AngelCorpse. They are well established and known in the extreme death metal genre and have set a standard of their own design. We have completed the successful Militant AntiChrist Tour 2008 in Europe w/ Revenge and Arkhon Infaustus this spring, playing in 10 countries including a headline slot at the open air United Metal Maniacs Festival in Bitterfeld Germany.
A west coast US tour was also just finished and was equally well recieved.
Beyond that , recording will begin soon with the band Final Revenge from Holland, which is also in a aggro-tech death metal style. The music has an excellent combination of strong riffs/songwriting with great technique throughout. Its a solid collaboration and looks to yield promising results.

I will continue to develop my playing, for an eventual drumming book/dvd that will focus on independance and linear concepts on the drum kit, advanced dbl. bass concepts, and developing speed and power in extreme drumming situations. I am available for professional session work and touring. Please feel free to contact me if interested. I am in a serious relationship, have two amazing cats, love my coffee black, and beat the fucking hell out of drums:) All day, everyday. It is what I do.
