PAPER PABS aka Paper "In The Pocket" Pablo aka Pabby Wabby aka Dre

Pablo was born in Birmingham and raised in Tottenham/Edmonton, North London. He is a former member of grime collective Meridian Crew, but now makes gangster grime & rap with Big H, Bossman and 9 Milli Maja and President T as part of the Bloodline collective, of which Pablo is recognised as the leader. Bloodline have released one mixtape, entitled Bloodline Music, as part of an "SK Vibemakers Presents." CD feature.

Pablo's lyrical content has always been focused around the traditional themes of gangster rap music - money, drugs and violence - which he recognises in his own lyrics - "All I talk about is drugs - words of a criticiser". He is criticised by some grime fans for rapping over hip-hop, rather than traditional grime beats, and some listeners also blame Pablo for causing two of North London's most prolific grime MCs (Big H and Bossman Birdie) to drift from grime into hip-hop.



Pablo made his acting Debut on the 2004 film London State of Mind, where he played the character Pablo (coincidentally same name). The film is centred on Pablo, who walks on a twisted path between his dreams of becoming a superstar, and the nightmare that his infamous associates so eloquently deliver. London State of Mind transports the uncondensed truth about the city's rising gun and gang culture. But despite being promoted on Radio, Dvds and Various websites it has yet to be released Officially.
