Pack of Wolves are veterans of the Texas D.I.Y. music scene. Prowling out of Austin's legendary Red River District, the wolves are making their presence felt within the national metal scene. The band was forged in fall of 2006 when Trey Ramirez, formerly the brains of metal outfit At All Cost, teamed up with Adrian Carrillo of Games and Theory. The wolves alliance grew quickly and in early 2007, POW began running with their self released LP, entitled Wall Crusher. Surviving on successful national tours, album and merchandise sales, and an expansive regional following, Pack of Wolves have earned acclaim at home as well as throughout the Central and Eastern United States.

Pack of Wolves recorded their first full-length album entitled 'Betrayer' in the Fall of 2008 at the Diamond Factory in Austin, Texas. 'Betrayer' saw a vinyl release through Arclight Records on March of 2009. Late summer of 2010 will see the release of the bands new 10' entitled 'Penance of Pestilence' through Arclight Records. Having begun the writing process for a new record, and with the addition of Gabriel Bishop (Vietnam) and Josh Holstein (Axes to the Sky), Wolves are set to pummel and destroy a show near you.

"Bark at the moon while you spin, spin, spin the black circle. 8 out of 10 for 'Betrayer." -(Shawn Macomber, Decibel Magazine)

"Drawing on an array of Metal influences, Pack of Wolves creates a uniquely demanding and momentous sound that has been characterized as "Heartwork era Carcass taking an epic journey through the deep south." -(Zach Marcotte, Edge Magazine)

"I don't know why the band would want to limit this solid little release to vinyl only as it's better than most of the polished derivative metalcore that's being played by Myspace kids nowadays - including At All Cost and most of Century Media's recent signings." -(Erik Thomas, Metalreview.com) "Zinger!" -(Trey Ramirez, Pack of Wolves)

"Austin's arguably best metal quartet." -(Raoul Hernandez, The Austin Chronicle)

"Pack of Wolves bring metal to Austin" -(The Daily Texan)
