Outburst

After playing in a variety of bands throughout those tender teenage years the various members of Outburst gravitated towards each other by a freakish series of flukes and co-incidences and have been together for quite some time. A couple of diferent styles have been attempted but our mutual love of the Stoner Rock and Doom scenes has shaped the past few years material into the stuff you hear today. The UK's newest up and coming Stoner/Doom/Sludge site with reviews, interviews and all sorts of cool shit, including a couple of reviews of our self financed EP's - 100 Tonnes Of Stone review, Cleric review and a live review Live in Sheffield. -- Outburst have a song included on one of the awesome StonerRock.com compilations which are put together by users of the messageboard and available for free download here : StonerRock Comp. Vol. 5. -- Outburst also feature on the Gallipoli Records compilation cd Heaviosity along with some of the finest bands from around the international Stoner/Doom underground. There's also some photographs on the Gallipoli Records site from the gig we played in Bath. -- We've played with quite a variety of bands from all over the place including shows with : THE ATOMIC BITCHWAX, FIVE HORSE JOHNSON, TRUCKFIGHTERS, JOSIAH, GONGA, BLOOD ISLAND RAIDERS, HEAD ON, SADA, WHOREMOAN, OBIAT, DIRTYBLOOD, MOTHERTRUCKER, GRIFTER, BATTLEWITCH, BLACKEYE and a whole host of other damn fine bands.
