Born in Brussels,Ory Chalk composes original, captivating and personal

cinematic music. Utilizing strong emotions and contrasts,

as can be found in paintings with brilliant colors, Ory

paints with musical notes. Her universe is a fascinating

one where sensuality and emotions have an important

place and lead one through a classical, sometimes modern

architecture. When we first heard Ory's music we knew

she had a special talent. Long sensual melodic lines and

deep rich harmonies combine in a very personal approach

to the musical landscape. Her compositions are truly well

grounded in the lineage of the great European Film Composers.
