Onirika

Having been in the business for 15 years, DJ Onirika has been setting new standards in the Italian music scene. She can be undoubtedly considered one of the most important and the most talented female DJ in the country.
Her career started during '90 when she began to take part to rave parties which took place between Trieste, her native Italian city and Slovenia. Since her very first steps, she showed great musical taste, impressive technique and a nice style. Her fame grew fast, and even faster when she decided to move to Rimini in 1998. She quickly became resident DJ in the most famous venues in town, such as Classic (well known for its afterhours parties), Ecu, Echoes and Peter Pan.
Soon Onirika entered the world of music production, getting great feedbacks and rotation by some of the most famous electronic dance music DJs around the world. 2004 was also the year of the "Club Revolution" Compilation (reprinted in 2006), which she mixed alongside the upcoming Italian talent Jonny20. This compilation was innovative as the first Italian progressive-house compilation, getting enthusiastic reviews on magazines such as Live, 365mag.com, Soundrevolt.com and Disc-Jockey.it. She also produced and mixed the first Italian digital compilation: Land Digital Under sold on EDM Digital Records. On November 2005 has been released "Lost In Tokyo", with her own vocals and a powerful remix produced with Andrea Doria for Freddy Mayers aka Fedex's single.
She's working at Discopi� DJ Shop in Rimini, the most important in the country, and she's demonstrating for Roland Italy, for Groove Gears equipments.
In 2000 and in 2001 she has been the only female DJ to have run for Bybloscar, Italian award given to nightlife representatives.
Onirika is really a true D.J., with a technique and a musical selection that countersign her for a long time. In Italy she's the only female DJ to propose alternative house music at the maximum levels. Her DJ sets have been and are broadcasted on national and international networks and web radio: among these M20 Italy, Magma Web/FM Project Italy, Italia Network, Proton Radio, Di.Fm, Pure.Fm e MercurySession US, Afterhours/Doble Nueve e Lima Live Sessions (PERU), Dance Latino America (ARGENTINA), Ensonic.FM e Meerestief Radio, (GERMANY), Freshradio, DanceRadio e BestRadio (GREECE), Top Fm (YUGOSLAVIA), Beattunes (LEBANON), Play.Fm (AUSTRIA), Different Grooves (SLOVENIA) and many others.
From the 15th of September 2006 she started a brand new show on Proton Radio called Galileo and more recently on Ensonic.FM with 'Sincronismo', on DanceRadio.Gr with 'Calliope' and on Different Grooves with 'Extramondo'.
Onirika is the founder and creator with Massimo Nero of Disc-Jockey.It; today the webzine/portal counts more than 4 million visits/month and 10000 registered users.
She worked and currently working in top clubs all over Italy and Europe, just to name a few: Liz (aka Echoes), Classic Club, Ecu, Prince, Sugar Cubes Afterhour, Peter Pan and Diabolika in Riccione, Les Folies De Pigalle (Reggio Emilia), Arte Dinamika (Naples), Muccassassina and Piper (Rome), Gilda (Jesolo), Pasha (Mykonos-GR), Space and Keops Afterhour (Bucharest-ROM), Fashion Caf� (Brasov-ROM), Lipa Club (Lubijana-SLO), Fort Bourguignon (Pula-KR), Arena Blue Event (Wien-AU), Ambasada Gavioli (Izola-SLO), MTV Valkana Beach Festival (KR), just to name a few, alongside the greatest artists in world.

Nel settore ormai da pi� di 15 anni, DJ Onirika ha stabilito dei nuovi standards nel panorama musicale italiano. Si pu� indubbiamente considerare una delle DJ donna italiane professioniste pi� importanti nel mondo e nel suo paese. La sua carriera inizia negli anni '90 quando comincia a prendere parte ai rave parties organizzati nelle zone della sua citt� natale, Trieste, e la vicina Slovenia. Sin dall'inizio d� prova di grande gusto musicale, unito ad una tecnica impressionante ed un bel look. La sua fama cresce velocemente e nel 1998 decide di spostarsi a Rimini. L� rapidamente incomincia a lavorare nei locali pi� prestigiosi della riviera, come il Classic Club (famoso per gli afterhours), l'ECU, l'Echoes ed il Peter Pan.
Entrata a far parte del mondo della produzione musicale, ha sempre riscosso feedbacks positivi ed i suoi dischi vengono suonati da alcuni dei pi� importanti artisti di musica elettronica di tutto il mondo.
Onirika lavora da molti anni presso il Disco Pi� di Rimini, il pi� importante DJ Shop italiano ed � dimostratrice Roland per il settore Groove Gears.
Nel 2000 e 2001 � stata l'unica DJ donna ad essere candidata per il Bybloscar, il premio italiano riservato al mondo della notte.
Onirika � una vera DJ, con una tecnica ed una selezione musicale che la contraddistingue da sempre. In Italia � l'unica donna DJ a proporre musica house alternativa ai massimi livelli. Onirika � la proprietaria e la creatrice, assieme a Massimo Nero aka DotDJ, di Disc-Jockey.It. Attualmente il webzine/portale vanta pi� di 4 milioni di visite al mese e 10000 utenti registrati.
E' anche la titolare ed A/R di LDU Records la label digitale che ha raggiunto in pochissimo tempo un successo davvero enorme: le sue tracce sono apparse in cima alle classifiche pi� prestigiose come Balance Promote Records e Release Promo, e sono state inserite nella compilation di Sasha "Instant Live Avalon LA" e "Systematic Sessions" di Marc Romboy e Tommy Sunshine.
Molti sono i progetti futuri per Onirika, tra cui le nuove uscite sulle sue neonate etichette SINCROTONE e RAX MUSIK, nonch� su label di alto livello come Hunya Munya e System Recordings, oltre a Footlovers Music ed altre ancora.
