- Biographie -

Oddrock a posé ses premières pierres à l'édifice de la culture Hip Hop en 1990.

Après quelques années d'entraînement en break-dance, il rejoint le groupe lausannois "Scrambling Feet" en 1994. Jusqu'à mi-96, il investira alors son énergie dans la danse et participera à quelques championnats.

Fin 1996, Odd fait l'acquisition de deux platines, d'une table de mixage, et d'une collection de vinyls. Il produit ses quatre premières mix tapes de la série "Keep it Real" entre 96 et 98. En 1998, il rejoint le collectif "PM Nation". Avec son compère DJ Enoz, il sort la mix tape "Rock the Beat vol. 1", destinée aux b-boys & b-girls. A cette époque, Oddrock & Enoz sont souvent sollicités pour animer des contests de break-dance.



En 2001, Odd sort une double mix tape de RAP, intitulée "Le Calme après la Tempête". Cette étape l'aidera à animer plus régulièrement des soirées "Hip Hop". Entre 2003 et 2007, Oddrock fera notamment les warm up ou afters des concerts de Looptroop, Ghostface Killah, Dj Vadim, MC Jean Gab'1, Pete Rock, Raekwon, Afu-Ra, The Pharcyde, Dj Q-Bert, Mobb Deep, Redman.

En 2002, Skile (beatmaker lausannois) lui apprend les rudiments du beatmaking. Un nouveau kiff est né, et après 4 ans d'apprentissage, Oddrock sort un échantillon de ses prod' sur une compilation RAP, intitulée "tripodd".



En 2005, Oddrock & Skile fondent le label indépendant "orformOrnorm", afin de réaliser leurs propres projets ainsi que ceux des artistes "Mens Sana", "Megaton B-boys (Bub le Zombie & La Souris Pouic-Pouic)", "Akira", "Acousma4", "Dezunam", "Amnesty", "Soulprints", "Faye" et "Nokti". A suivre

In parallel, Oddrock is member of the collective of Dj's “Fist Funk Squad” and of association “Universal Zulu Nation Suisse Romande”. In 2005, Oddrock & Skile melt the independent label “orformOrnorm”, in order to carry out their own projects as those of the artists "Mens Sana", "Megaton B-boys (Bub le Zombie & La Souris Pouic-Pouic)", "Akira", "Acousma4", "Dezunam", "Amnesty", "Soulprints", "Faye" et "Nokti".
