Uniscono fotografie di cuori incendiati e radiografie di processi mentali. - Sono scugnizzi del dub, dipingono storie mediterranee antiche con i suoni dei Caraibi futuribili. - Non è la cartolina di una Napoli bella e maledetta, non è una sceneggiata moderna, non è un finto posto al sole. Nulla di più vero dei sentimenti. Sarebbero piaciuti a Totò, a Eduardo e a Sergio Bruni.
n.u.n.u. La Storia Sono nati nel 2005, fondendo le personalità di Nunzio Borriello e Gaetano Cirillo. - L'obiettivo è uno solo. Esprimere le proprie sensazioni, dare un volto alle immagini che viaggiano tra il cuore e gli occhi. La tradizione classica napoletana gli scorre nelle vene, lava del Vesuvio antico. L'elettronica moderna è energia sismica profonda che aiuta il loro linguaggio. - Nel 2006 inizia l'avventura anche dal vivo:per rivelare le vibrazioni della passione c'è bisogno di un pubblico. Si parte da Napoli ma i live set si estendono presto a tutta l'Italia, e cosi iniziano ad arrivare i riconoscimenti. - Arrivano alle fasi finali a Bari nella manifestazione Ritmika 2006 dove la critica gli assegna il premio “miglior groove.” - Il loro lavoro si arricchisce con una serie di collaborazioni: Guido Amalfitano, Massimo Pone, Paolo del Vecchio , Sasa Pelosi , Riccardo Teletta, Ivan Lacagnina, Maurizio Frendo, BlackEra, Michele Acanfora
n.u.n.u. put in contact distant places and times, making it trough the emotions. They conjugate the ancient Naples with a new, possible, human village. They match pics of burned heart with x-rays of the mind processes. It's not a snapshot of Naples, beautiful and damned, it's not a fake place at sun. Nothing more real than feelings. THE STORY They were born in 2005, with the meeting of Nunzio Borriello with Gaetano Cirillo. Nunzio's got a natural born talent: he can catch attention when he's narrating, he knows the right words playing his stare and he sings like last 100 years didn't exist. Gaetano's mind is made of music, guitar and dubmaster player, he breathes notes and vibrations. The target is only one: Expressing their own sensations, giving a face to the pics travelling between heart and eyes. Classic tradition is in their veins, old lava of the Vesuvius. Modern electronic is a shocking deep-coming energy that helps their language. In the 2006 they start playing live: to reveal the vibration of the passion they need audience. They start from Naples, but live set start travelling soon across Italy,…and so the first prices and awards. The arrive at finals in Bari, at the event Ritmica 2006, where critics accord them “ best groove awards” Their first album is enriched by several collaborations: Guido Amalfitano, Massimo Pone, Paolo del Vecchio, Sasà Pelosi, Riccardo Teletta, Ivan Lacagnina, Maurizio Frendo and the Black Era, Michele Acanfora.
