Numata Sohhei

2009年5月沼田壮平の一人ユニット「OLDE WORLDE」(オールディ ワールディ)として活動開始。
同年11月11日debut album「time and velocity」でデビュー。
2010年4月21日1st full album「Anemone "Whirlwind"」をリリース。
90's USインディーな空気感とひねりのあるメロディ。
オルタナ・グランジ～フォーク～HIP HOPまでをも飲み込んだ、新感覚ローファイサウンドで注目を集める。
同年「SUMMER SONIC 2010」等のFES、イベントに出演。
2011年7月6日2nd album「THE LEMON SHARK」をリリース。
このアルバムは、レコーディングされたほぼ全ての楽器を自分で演奏し、マルチ・インストゥルメンタリストぶりを発揮。
さらにアートワークに至るまで自身で手掛けたセルフ・プロデュースアルバム。
同年「FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 2011」に出演、ワンマンLIVEを実施。
また、昨年開催した、Predawn、Turntable Filmesとの3アーティストによる自主企画「POT Sounds」で全国ツアーを実施。　　　
Born in Machida, Tokyo - OLDE WORLDE is the solo project of multi-talented musician Sohhei Numata.
Debuting in November 2009, he released his 1st full album "Anemone "Whirlwind"" in April 2010.
With an incredibly unique voice which combines the innocent purity of a young boy with a more edgy, almost mad streak he mixes alternative and street culture with entertainment.
OLDE WORLDE received a great deal of attention because of its revolutionary new type of lo-fi sound which captures everything from alternative rock, folk to hip hop.
In the summer of 2010, he played at various events held in Japan such as SUMMER SONIC 2010.
In July 2011, he released the 2nd album "THE LEMON SHARK".
His talent shines through on this second full length as Sohhei himself played almost all of the instruments featured on the record - Guitar, Bass, Drum, Ukulele, Piano, Keyboard, moog etc.
On top of that he himself took charge of the artwork which OLDE WORLDE drew for the self released album.
And, finally he was invited to play at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 2011.
