Nowhere Productions is truly a blessing with the idea that individuals coming together from different backgrounds to make up a beautiful foundation. Inspired by Tupac Shakur, No Limit Records, Cash Money Records, and Scarface who is considered by many to be the original king of the south, influenced by the grind and the hustle, Nowhere Productions/Entertainment orginated in 2002 out of Panama City, Florida. Nowhere Entertainment does local Djing, Concerts Booking and coordination of concerts in the Salt Lake City, New Orleans areas, Artist Management with both local and national artists, and Promotion of new music from various record lables in the music industry.
PAT DICK
The CEO of Nowhere Produtions/Entertainment; Patrick Dick has over 7 years of music experience in the music industry. Ambitious and independent, Pat Dick began utilizing his music connections to start Nowhere Productions/Entertainment. Producting music out of a back room in an apartment, Pat Dick and Nowhere Entertainment artist Vic Steve spent countless hours in the studio; freestyling and making beautiful music. Nowhere Productions continued to grow as a company, organizing concert events with artists such as Sly Boogy, David Banner, Two Live Crew, and a list of other artists.
Nowhere Entertainment artist affliation includes Salt Lake City's finest MC; JutBox, Nowhere Productions first artist; Vic Steve, and California's very own Sly Boogy "DATS MY NAME". Working with various Music industry associates include Doobie from Czar Entertainment, T-Gray from Latium Entertainment, Tim Allen from All Our Productions, Freeway from Rap-A-Lot records, Mike Lighty from Violator Management, Big Mark from The Lab Enterprises (www.thelabenterprises.com), and Trick from the Urban Network (www.urbannetwork.com). Inspired by music and motavated by the game today, Pat Dick envisions Nowhere Entertainment to become a great success and a major force in the music industry in the future.
VIC STEVE
Vic Steve is orginally from Eunice, Louisiana and he started rapping at the age of 16. Victor Stevens was born and raised in Eunice Louisiana also know as the E-town which is located about 80 miles from New Orleans. His aspiration for writing and perfecting his craft started about six years ago. Inspired by Tupac Shakur, his views of the rap game was that he wanted to influence the masses with music that people of all generations would be able to relate to.
Growing up in Eunice, Louisiana; Vic Steve entered local talent shows and freestyle competitions, competing with local talent; he left the competition and spectators in awe. Viewing that his talents were growing and constantly working at perfecting his craft, he signed a deal with a local record label called Haven Records and viewed it as an opportunity to make a difference in the community and reach out to everyone through his music. After that didnt go anywhere, he decided to try to make a difference in another way. After graduating from high school, Vic Steve joined the United States Air Force. Vics views were different from the militarys view and he decided to focus on music full time.
Refusing to give up, Vic Steve began working part-time jobs, he saved up enough money to buy a computer, recording mic and headphones, Acid recording software, and mastering software and partnered up with local promoter, Patrick Dick and started Nowhere Productions. Nowhere Productions is based on a collection of artists from all corners of the US led by Patrick Dick promoter/management and Vic Steve. Formed in 2002, Nowhere Productions began producing and recording tracks from the newly created in-home studio in preparation for his first mix tape. The first mixtape, Vic Steve, did very well in the Panama City, Fl area and the buzz that was created was officially started.
Currently, Vic Steve has just completed his new mixtape called Running on Empty. He based that title because he feels that his time has come to move to the national level and his words and his talent will always be full and never empty.
