"From The Mana To The Office" Michael KI-FARO Thompson is perhaps not your most exemplary "British Gentleman" but the self-made 6'3 MC With a love for Martial Arts, spirituality, business and anything relating to entruapnaorism is clearly not your average rapper, producer or songwriter either.
"I like to think of myself as the middle man between the Elite and the Forgotten." he says of himself. But under his KI-Faro alias, this North Londoner is definitely not one to sleep on. With his debut single "Made In The Mana" reaching over 100,000 YouTube hits, play-listed on MTV, Kiss, Flava & Channel AKA and constant support of the UK leading youth radio station "Reprezent Radio" KI-Faro is definitely one to watch out for!

Being introduced to music at the age of 5 KI-Faro began a journey towards success at a young age. Upon receiving recognition at just 13 years old from his English teacher for his talent for poetry, KI-Faro has since grown and developed into a prominent UK artist. Drawing inspiration from musicians as diverse as 2Pac, Dizzee Rascal, Bob Marley and Jamiroquai, KI-Faro represents the fresh face of the urban music today, incorporating his emceeing skills over a mixture of grime, dubstep and mainstream beats.

In 2007 KI-Faro released his début MixDD, (Mix Digital Downloads) 'Enter Norf London' which made way for his 2009 single, 'The Ronin Technique.' A somewhat underground anthem, 'The Ronin Technique' demonstrated the lyrical ability and creative style which separates KI-Faro from the average rapper. The single received major airplay and rave reviews from a variety of Hip Hop magazines leading to the release of his second MixDD, 'The Style of Phoenix'.

During 2011, KI-Faro released two MixDD (Mix Digital Downloads) entitled, 'The Road to Success Volume 1 (Transition)' and 'The Road To Success Volume 2 (Commercial Interlude)' that represented his transition from the underground Urban scene, to a more current and collective position within the music industry. In the beginning of 2012, KI Faro's released his debut single, 'Made in the Mana', followed by "Prove You Wrong" both of which tracks which denotes the real beginning of his voyage into the increasingly popular Urban music scene.

With 2013 approaching fast KI-Faro has started to put into motion the creation of his multimedia company titled "Faro Empire" which will branch into several smaller companies, A Record Label, Production Label and a Clothing Line. While in the process of signing 2 producers and 3 Artist to the "Empire" KI-Faro is still heavily focused on the finalisation of his album.
