This Chester, PA. native gained credibility by contributing to his region some of the most substantiating music heard on the underground Hip Hop scene. Hitting the streets as an artist/producer, he has produced tracks for more than his share of the Philly regions most talented underground acts, as well as submitting mix-tape bangers for the more mainstream laundry list of Hip Hop and R&B artists. Joined by long-time friend and business partner Sam "Jamaican Sam" Williams, "Dame Majes" grabbed the ears of several A&Rs, managers and numerous record companies, even turning down several offers. But it was Chris Lighty of Violator Management who as soon as he heard Majes work assured him that he could take his music to another level of the game. Majes responded by saying "THATS CHRIS LIGHTY, I ALREADY KNOW WHAT HE CAN DO!! HE GOT MY RESPECT. LETS GO."
