Nikia Star, a name that speaks for it’s self.

A beautiful, charming, and talented vocalist/writer that grabs the attention of many from being on the stage or entering a room.

Nikia Star is a young R&B artist with a sound only one can describe as unique.

Nikia Star was born in Salam MA and raised in Lynn Massachusetts.

The young star has been singing since she could speak, considering her father and family are great singers. As Nikia grew she found that music is what moved her in a special way, so she, her father/manager Kevin Pusher, mother Susan, began to pursue this dream of happiness.

When Nikia Star was only 13 years old she performed her 1st song at a going away party for a close friend. From there, she began to perform more at school events, and little parties., gaining experience and presence to bless the stage.

At the age of 16 Ms. Star won the 1st annual Teen Idol award at her high school her freshman year.

At this time she partnered up with C-Phil of P&C Phil Records and was taken under his wing as his new developing artist. Nikia began to learn how to write songs and started to record tracks with Terry Yancey of Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, and Big Boston. Numerous hits where created and were played on local radio stations in Boston, giving a “ring“ in peoples hears. Here is where Nikia’s older cousin Victor Thomas became her second manager.

Soon she landed a great opportunity to open up for Fat Joe and The Terror Squad and took it with grace.

Soon after that she made the chance and opened up for Omarion, O’ryan, & Llyod in one big concert. She was advertised in the news papers, television, word of mouth, and was on all fliers.

With the success rising, Nikia and her family moved to Georgia.

Here is where she partnered up with her brother-in-law, producer, Darrel Perkins of Bottom Line Productions. Ms. Star continued to write and record music.

At this time Nikia shot a video for her song “Beautiful Music” In Savannah Ga, by Motion Family.

Soon after that, Nikia Star moves to Augusta GA and meets producer/rap artist Nicolas Miguel a.k.a Platinum Plat. Nikia and Platinum pare up and compose songs of a whole new style.

Shortly after meeting Platinum, Nikia meets rapper and producer Phoenix. The 2 pare up and compose music that kicked Nikia Stars Style up a notch.

So pleased and excited to hear Nikia’s sound, Phoenix introduces her and her manager (her Father) to Sean “Cleezy” Clyde, A one of a kind producer that has worked with top charting artist in the industry.

It is now that Sean Clyde discovers and new found talent and immediately begins to work. Till this day Nikia is still by Sean’s side, Creating magical and powerful sounds for Nikia Star’s album.

In between time of making Nikia’s album, she has collaborated on numerous hits with different artists for example: “Lil Ru”

And has been interviewed by the newspapers, Establishing a heavy buzz for herself in the Augusta GA.

At this time Nikia was introduced to President G.Holla of FMG Media Group. He soon was to become Nikia’s 3rd manager.

Currently she is Performing everywhere she can, and where she is invited to. She has performed at the Million Man March by request, and The Cancer walk in ATL GA.

Nikia plans to finish her album, make her name known to this world. Let her words out so people can relate. This is her dream, what she craves for. To Nikia Star, the sky is the limit and there is much to learn. She’s going for the Gold!
