FKA twigs Throws It Back to the '80s for New "Jealousy" Visuals

Published: January 27, 2022

FKA twigs has unveiled the new visuals for her track "Jealousy" feat. Rema. The song is featured in the artist's current Caprisongs mixtape which was released earlier this month on January 14.

The British vocalist throws it back to the vintage '80s era with the visuals. The video is directed by Aidan Zamiri and is choreographed by the artist's longtime collaborator Kash Powell. While audiences can see FKA twigs singing along to the track, a group of dancers performs a choreographed routine in front of a white background. The video goes back and forth between color and black and white footage as Fka twigs join in on the dance. When Rema comes in, the visuals switch back to black and white. The video ends with the entire group of dancers and FKA twigs posing for a final black and white shot, with Caprisongs superimposed in post-production.

FKA twigs recently dropped the video for another Caprisongs track titled "Meta Angel," where the artist was seen minding her own business in a London park while her alter ego takes aim at her with a bow and arrow from the roof of a nearby skyscraper. Back in December, FKA twigs also appeared in a video with The Weeknd for their collaboration on "Tears in the Club."
