Coil to release archival live album

Coil will release an archival live album. Supersonic is out this month via Retractor (Coil's own label). The album was recorded at Supersonic festival at the Custard Factory in Birmingham on July 12th of 2003. It is one of three scheduled performances in 2003 where Jhon Balance was unable to perform. To that end, Peter Christopherson and Thighpaulsandra performed with Tom Edwards. The set consisted of two unreleased/improvised pieces and two well-known compositions.
