Briefly on the band



Nephew play melodic rock music. Lyrics are a mix of Danish and English.



The band was founded in 1996 in Århus, 2nd largest city of Denmark.



Nephew has released four studio albums, Swimming Time (April 2000), USADSB (June 2004) and Interkom, Kom Ind (October 2006) and recently Danmark Denmark (June 2009) to wide critical acclaim. Apart from concerts and albums, Nephew likes to collaborate and remix other artists. Among others they've done so with Timbaland, and the German band Polarkreis 18.

Nephew has toured in Denmark, Germany an Norway. They've performed live at Hultsfred Festival in Sweden, at the Danish Roskilde Festival, Skanderborg Festival and Zulu Rocks at the Danish National Stadium.
