Su primera incursión en la música fue por medio de Felix Da House Cat quien la invito a cantar en su disco Devin Dazzle y Neon Fever en el cual canto en cinco temas. Decidió lanzarse como solista al mundo musical en 2006 con su single "Te quiero mucho" producido por Christian Castagno y lanzado por Sony Music en Colombia y varios países de Latinoamérica y Europa.

Fue la directora del vídeo "Contacto" del también colombiano Andrés Cabas, que gano el premio Mucha Música al mejor vídeo Pop. Su primer cortometraje "Little Death" también fue nominado en el Brooklyn Film Festival. También ha participado en el elenco de la telenovela colombiana "Por amor a Gloria", y en la pelicula colombiana Esto huele mal, En el 2006 es la encargada de abrir el concierto de Gustavo Cerati en Bogotá, fue invitada para presentar el premio a mejor artista pop internacional en los premios MTV Latino en México 2006, concedido al cantante británico Robbie Williams.
También fue nominada a los premios MTV como mejor nueva artista central 2007, a los premios Shock y también a los Ritmo Son Latino, en ese mismo año.
Desde el 2006 y con su canción Te Quiero Mucho, Naty se dio a conocer en el mundo musical llegando al Numero 1 con esta canción que se convirtió en himno de discotecas en Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru, y varias ciudades de México.
Su segundo sencillo fue "Dinosaurio" el cual se coló entre Las 10 canciones más sonadas de las vacaciones en Colombia durante el 2007, Su tercer sencillo "Mío" estuvo en los 10 mas pedidos de Mtv Latino y Htv.
Participó en el Reality show " Se busca interprete" del canal RCN, defendiendo el Rockpop, frente a demás géneros como el vallenato, salsa, urbano y popular.
Preparando su nuevo material Naty hace campañas con marcas como Chevignon, Pepsi, Botran Vip entre otras reconocidas marcas.
Iniciando el 2010 y de manera independiente lanza "Adicta" su segundo disco , cuyo primer sencillo "Esta Noche es nuestra" mostró una faceta diferente de la cantautora Colombiana al hacer Featuring con el famoso Joe Arroyo, con este disco es nominada a los premios Shock 2010 en Colombia como mejor solista Pop.
Del mismo álbum llegaron canciones como "Niño Loco" cuyo video estuvo entre los diez más pedidos de la cadena MTV Latino, y "Adicta" que da nombre al disco, a dúo con Tostao de la banda ganadora del Lattin Grammy "Choc Quib Town".
En este 2011 lanza "Knokeada" cuarto sencillo de "Adicta" cuyo video fue rodado en el D.F bajo la dirección de Adrian Burns y con la participación del reconocido actor Miguel Rodarte, actualmente rota en Mtv latino y Play Tv entre otros canales de videos.
"Amor de mis Amores" es lanzada en Junio de este año, como primer corte promocional de la edición especial de "Adicta" para México, Naty es invitada a participar en el festival "México Suena" de la cadena Televisa.
Paralelamente , Naty inicia su nuevo DJ SET TOUR en ese mismo mes, Llenando varios clubs en Miami, Venezuela, Ecuador (11 ciudades) y Colombia (Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Cali) en donde actualmente gira con su Dj Set mezclando lo mejor de la música del momento e interpretando versiones especiales de sus canciones más famosas.

Naty Botero was the director of the video "contacto" of the also Colombian artist Andrés Cabas, who won the Mucha Música award to "Best Video Pop". In 2006, Naty opened the Gustavo Cerati concert in Bogotá, and was invited to present the "Mejor Artista Pop Internacional" award in the MTV Latino in Mexico, given to the british singer Robbie Williams. Her third single "Mío" was in the "10 más pedidos" of MTV Latino, and the most played in HTV, Ritmo Son Latino and Play TV. Naty participated in the reality show "se busca intérprete" (looking for a singer) of RCN channel in Colombia, defending her genre Rockpop against the other musical genres as Vallenato, Tropical, urbano and popular.
While preparing her new material Naty is the image for international brands such as Chevignon, Pepsi, Botran VIP. At the start of 2010 Naty launches "Adicta", her new and first independent album. The first single "Esta Noche Es Nuestra" showed a brand new side of the artist, featuring in a more tropical genre, with the Colombian Joe Arroyo . This song won her a nomination to the Colombian Shock awards in the category "Mejor Solista Pop" best pop solo artist.
From the same album more singles were released: "Nino Loco" which was on the Diez Más Pedidos in MTV Latino, and "Adicta" featuring Tostao, from the Latin Grammy Award winning band Choquibtown.
On this year 2011 "knokeada" was launched as the fourth single from "Adicta", with the video recorded in Mexico City with the direction of Adrian Burns and with the participation of famous actor Miguel Rodarte. The video is currently played in MTV Latino and Play TV among other music channels.
"Amor de mis Amores" was launched in June this year, as a special promo edition for Mexico. Naty also participated in the festival "Mexico Suena" of the TV network Televisa of that country. At the same time, her new DJ SET TOUR was started, selling out clubs in Miami, Venezuela, Ecuador (11 cities) and Colombia (Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Cali) where she is currently touring with her DJ set mixing the best of crossover contemporary music and singing special editions of her biggest hits.
