Narcosynthesis were founded in the winter 2003 by Alessandro Di Monte (guitars and backing vocals), Sabino Forina (lead vocals) and Vincenzo Pistillo (drums), inclined by the passion for Destruction, Kreator, Testament, Slayer, Sepultura,the Scandinavian Thrash Metal(The Haunted, Carnal Forge) and the NYC hard-core.The band spent the first days playing songs of the bands above quoted, and with the arrive of the bass player Gerardo"Pastorius rulez"Serra, they start to elaborate own songs and also they play the first gigs supporting affirmed groups of the Italian underground metal scene as Ingraved, Bio-Eraser, Osian, Disguise, Nameless Crime, Cancrena and Zero Tollerance.In the April 2005, Narcosynthesis realize their first MCD called "Flash of blood" which contains 3 songs; these songs have got the attempt to escape from the classical thrash metal'schemes, whitout corrode the attitude, the spontaneity and the violence that marked this kind of music in all these years.

Actually the band is elaborating new songs for a new CD with a second gutar player(Nicola Mastrapasqua) and a new bass player (MAX Saulle). In March 2008 Narcosynthesis join a new singer, Dan from De Pulia Madre.
