Nancy is a one of a kind artist, producer, composer and performer. She has several indie releases under her name, most recent is the collaboration with the Sirius String Quartet (Dave Eggar, Gregor Huebner, Ron Lawrence with special guest Lucia Micarelli). Their record, "Down below the Rodeo"; is available at iTunes, CDbaby and on Nancy Magarill.com. She has also recently released the single "I Wanna Wake Up", available on ITunes and other sites as well.
She is currently producing and collaborating with Tarina (whose debut EP is available on itunes). She is also in production on a new solo record and collaborating on a chill-out project called Sm4sP with Daniel Mintseris, Dave Eggar, Kevin Hunter and other artists with hopes of a new record out in 2010. Also check out Joey Tait's "Believe" (an EP Nancy produced and wrote on as well).
Nancy has also spent the last five years composing for NYU's classical studio productions and has composed music for Gabrielle Lansner's "Talking Heads, Frocks in Flight" at NYC's River to River Festival and I-Danse's "Tellus" at NYC's Dixon Place Theater. Nancy is also currently scoring projects as well and partnering with Daniel Mintseris to form MMmusicLAB.
