EP "LICK AND LISTEN" TO BE RELEASED 2010



Mz. Moxy is a singer, guitar slinger, and lollipop rocker. The music is groovy, catchy, straightforward pop with a tongue in cheek lyrical approach that is cheeky enough to be interesting, without being too clever for its own good. Having worked with producer Dante Mackay - the two spared nothing to capture the specific sound they had in mind. Guitar driven riffs, breathy vocals, and a stylized sound.lollipop rock may sound harmless, but what's underneath might not be so sweet. Muah.



Collaborating with Andy Sturmer as the lead vocalist for Ben 10, a popular animated televisions series has given Mz. Moxy international exposure, as the show is highly rated in 187 countries and 87 million households. The title song has been added as a popular download for Cartoon Network with over 7 million hits on youtube, and has, according to U.K. prime minister Gordon Brown, even made it to the top of his playlist.



Mz. Moxy is also documenting her rock-n-roll antics in the U.K. with H Magazine, a gorgeous national U.S. print publication (with an edgy and quirky vibe) that's been around since 2007.



FANVID: Mz. Moxy was lucky enough to have Charlie Lynne direct a video as one of his first projects. He's gone on to start his own design company, win multiple awards for his directing, and now writes for NME, basically making loafers out of the rest of us. The video is for the song "Sunny Days", and was filmed at the Emmanuel Grammar School in London. Costars KT as "Mz. Moxy", Louis, and Zoey.
