RUSSIA blends two basses with synthesizers, drums and
devilish lyrics, that is described as “a slash-and-burn mix of

The new six song EP, Training for the Gameshow Host (download free MRRUSSIA.NET) pushes home the point while displaying this guitar-free lineup's continuing pledge to not disappoint, "MR RUSSIA is a damn good time" (Chicagoist). With a reputation for furious, sweat soaked live shows, MR RUSSIA has shared the stage with a diversity of musical artists including; Reverend Horton Heat, Girl In A Coma, Thrones, Two Ton Boa, 31 Knots, Von Iva, Earl Greyhound, The Prairie Cartel, Chewing Pics, and have been featured along with the Arcade Fire and the Dresden Dolls on the FTC Records' David Bowie tribute album 2. Contamination, as well as the lead track on Eye for an Eye : a tribute to Nick Cave and a featured contributor to Every Machine Makes A Mistake : a tribute To Radiohead.
