Over the years, Fusion has played an integral role in many aspects of the media and music industry. In his early career, he broke stories on the likes of Jay-Z, Lauryn Hill and Aaliyah, as well as many of the emerging stars of the UK scene. When MTV Base launched, he was selected to present their flagship show The Hip Hop Review.
A respected music producer, Fusion has also worked with the likes of Wretch 32, Kano, Skibadee, Tubby T, Durrty Goodz, Dawn Penn, Estelle and Fallacy; his hybrid hip hop sound creating classics such as 'The Groundbreaker' (voted by Radio 1 and 1xtra as one UK's Top 50 black music anthems of all time), the reggae-tinged 'Big & Bashy' and 'The Greatest Show' (winner of Best Music Video at the UMAs).
More recently, Fusion has combined his experiences to create cross-platform projects. Working with Urban Development, he conceptualised the highly respected urban seminar and showcase Industry Takeover. As lead tutor for Dv8 Training's Music Industry Project, Fusion brought his vocational clout to the classroom to help young professionals create, market and manage showcases, alongside industry professionals, emerging talent and top headliners such as Devlin, Ghetts, Chipmunk, Mz Bratt, Griminal, Kele Le Roc and Giggs.
Fusion hosts youth culture show What's Up on PickTV (formerly Sky3) and is the founder of Industry In The Streets (IITS), a progressive creative consultancy that promotes ethical enterprise and youth-driven innovation.
