One of the best reviewed releases in Denmark 2004 was the debut album Mads Mouritz, This Chaos Called Love. Mouritz is a celebrated new name on the Scandinavian Singer/songwriter scene, and was in 2005 nominated for the Danish Critics Award The Steppenwolf price (the equivalent to a Grammy) as Hope of the year. Mouritz is a modest yet intense remarkable performer and producer. His coming release No more of less, is a rocking, noicy yet, beautiful understated, serious and humorous collection of tracks recorded and produced by Mouritz and the Bleeding Heartz.

The Danish Press wrote about the Debut Album:

A Master of Melancoly. The record contains 11 masterly evocative examples of thorough song writing in the tradition from Neil Young and forward. Recorded and performed with a seldom heard spontaneity and nerve. An outstanding debut from a reliable voice.(Information/Danish newspaper)

When the young songwriter Mouritz opens his mouth on the debut album, it sounds as if Jack White from the White Stripes has gone acoustic. And though a comparison with Lambchop and other modern country innovators lies ahead, this unique voice is going his own ways.
