Morjac aka. The Montanas

Producers, songwriters & musicians Morten Lambertsen and Jacob Johansen, collectively known as Morjac are probably the most successful house & club act to ever come out of Denmark.
They have proven time and time again that they have the vision, focus and expertise it takes to stay in the charts.
This Danish Duo count leading DJ's such as Todd Terry, Roger Sanchez, Axwell, Judge Jules & Pete Tong, among their fans. They release records simultaneously under different disguises, such as The Montanas, Teamsters, Macho Roostas, Marly, Natural High, Act Of Dog, Risskov Bandits, to name a few. These unique projects, all produced & written by this four-armed monster, have earned recognition in the clubs as well as on radio, all over the world.
Morjac began appearing in the international charts in 2003 - and they've simply never left them. Their first hit single "Stars" topped every dance chart imaginable (buzz, coolcuts, UK dance chart etc.) and it was crowned "Essential New Tune" by Pete Tong on Radio 1 before crossing into the mainstream charts across the world. Morjac has since had a successful story of providing huge club records, the type that burn away on the underground for several months, topping all clubs charts, then as soon as the temperature soars they ignite into full blown chart hits.
Morjac "Morjac Theme", Marly "You Never Know" & "Saturday", Teamsters "Feels Like Love" & "Shake It Off", Natural High "Live For One Day" and The Montanas "Play it","Love Just Found Me" & "Music Talking" (ESSENTIAL NEW TUNE !!!) plus many many more have all followed that trajectory, each have earned their place as some of the most memorable and credible dancefloor cuts! 2009 looks bright for the handsome duo. Macho Roosta's "Macho Rooster" (signed to Ministry of Sound UK) and a collaboration with french producer FRED FALKE on "When We're Together" has got to be the sound you'll hear in every club and on the airwaves over the next many months, and no doubt echoing right through until the end of 3000 :-).
