TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN



So the rumors are true, Moment Of Truth calls it quits.

The gap that was created with the parting of our former drummer Dmitri and crawling back up once again with his replacement Mark (you did great mate!!) , as well as changes in our personal lifes and careers had its price on finding back our motivation to put all our time and efforts into what became Moment Of Truth through all those years.



So we do what seems to be the best, the hardest choice we had to make as a band, as brothers, after all the goodtimes, here is where it ends.

For all it was worth, it's over, finished, its done.



6 years of fun, great shows, all cool people we met and became friends with we want to thank you one last time from the bottem of our hearts.

2001. Four friends join forces under the name Fire At Will. Determined to do those things from a persisting conviction in which they believe it's supposed to be done. Inspired by a variation of styles like Old School, Eurocore, Beatdown and furious Metalcore they hatch an obstinate style that is best described as a crossing between mid 90's Eurocore an the New York Hardcore sound of the olden days.



2002. An inevitable line-up change from both guitarist and drummer brings a new deeper dimension and there's decided to start all over again from scratch and continue under the name of Moment Of Truth. The sound of the band deepens as the bond between those four friends becomes tighter and forms his own face and appearance.



2008. Despite all efforts we found our selves confronted with a hard decision once again. After 5 years of loyal dedication and hard working we were forced to find ourselves a new drummer to replace Dmitri during his time roadtripping through mexico for 4 months. With all the luck a band could get we bumbed into Mark who plays also in Dockboys and CallDeadHeroes from Rotterdam. With him fitting right in place we are proud to announce that Moment Of Truth is still a band whom, despite from all set backs and prejudice, keeps its vision pointed forward joining issues with daily life, friendship, love, believe, trust and an ever changing for the worse hardcorescene.



Inspired by heroes like: Sick Of It All, Agnostic Front, Madball, Ryker's, Violation Of Trust, Judge, Bold, Slapshot, Spudmonsters, Blood For Blood, Comeback Kid, 7 seconds, etc, etc, Moment Of Truth brings you a dose of straight to your face Old School Hardcore from conviction and with full dedication that's coming straight from the heart. Pissed off and sincere a straight kick in the head with nothing but the truth.
