Long Beach native and Bass aficionado Mike Long splits his time between two music projects "Perro Bravo" and a long beach super group named "Warchurch ". Perro Bravo is a new band started by Michael "Miguel "Happoldt. Miguel began his musical adventure as a member and producer of the group "Sublime". Warchurch features Delmos Wade, Opie Ortiz of the Long Beach Dub Allstars, DJ Truly Odd of Heavyweights LA and d.j. extraordinaire Greyboy of the " Greyboy Allstars ". Mike started his musical performance career with the Long Beach historical band "Pocket Lent", featuring such exclusive members as Grammy award winning keyboard player Ikye Owens (Mars Volta), Drum giant Gil Sharone (Dillinger Escape Plan, Puscifer w/ Maynard from Tool), trumpeter Todd Simon (Macy Grey, Madlib), Grammy award winning drummer Andy Mendoza (Ozomatli) and Tim Wu (Long Beach Dub All Stars). Mike has toured the world as a bass player along side and with artists Cypress Hill, DJ Quick, Black Eyed Peas, Pennywise, 311, Charlie Hunter and many many more. Gracing stages at some of the largest festivals like Smoke Out, Warp Tour, Napster tour and others giving him the experience and know how of a musical legend.
