Having been a musician, a rapper, a DJ, a CEO, a manager, a composer, a songwriter, a producer and visual and graphic artist, Metikulus has made sure to make a name for himself in the Montreal region in the music industry.
Born on the 31st of May, 1984, Metikulus learned early that music flowed through his bones. From the age of 3, he picked up the accoustic guitar and learned to play it. From there, he has gone through a large array of instruments. During his time on many of these instruments, Metikulus also was learning to do sound engineering for his church from the age of 11. After all this, and still desiring more, he decided that DJing would have to be the next step. After purchasing his equipment at the age of 15, he learned a few DJing techniques, but after a couple years, that chapter of his life had ended.
Fast-forward to June of 2004, he decided to build and focus strictly on his label, METIKULUSBeats. After spending 2 whole summer beat-making, Metikulus was poised and ready. From 2006 till today, he has produced several tracks for many local artists.
