Mercy's Calling is Benjamin Edwards, Daniel Randall, Matthew Randall, Carl Gaffney and Boaz Moala. Formed in late 2006, Mercy's Calling is committed to serving God through worship using the talents and gifts given to us.



Mercy’s Calling is a group of strong Christian believers who came together to engage God’s words to millions of people through our own unique style of music.

We put 100% of our faith in God that He will do whatever He desires with the band, guiding us to the best path for His eventual glory. It is our desire that God use us to take our music to reach more people in many places and as long as it is God-willing and God-honouring, we will strive to do so.



Mercy's Calling won the prize for "best band", and came in second place for the "Original Song" category (No Debt of Man) at the Auckland Regional Talent Quest, Expressionz in 2007. This provided automatic entry into the national competition, FUSE '07, in Wellington, where we were placed among the top five bands.



Each one of us is involved heavily in our local church worship bands and are excited that we can do even more through this branch of worship.



In April 2008, we recorded our debut single "To Know You", which you can hear here on the page and if you like it, you can purchase it from iTunes in the US, UK and Australia/NZ.



We continue to play regularly at various churches and schools (keep checking our page for the latest gig times and venues). Currently we are planning our 2009 schedule and are looking for more and more opportunities to minister to people. Please contact us if we can minister to your church, youth group or school.
