MENACE, Hailing from Melbourne, Australia they formed in 2003 and developed their skills playing songs of their favourite bands such as AC/DC. Led Zeppelin, The Darkness, Rage Against the Machine, Aerosmith and Guns n Roses. During this time they were also writing and before too long they worked their original material into their live set and now that's all they play.
Since then the band have performed at prestigious venues like The Palace, Hi-Fi Bar, Prince of Wales, The Tote, The Espy, The Greenroom and the the Sidney Myer Music Bowl to name a few.
Supporting some of Australias most successful bands such as Magic Dirt, Thirsty Merc and Electric Mary.
Menace were runners up in Triple J's Uneathed High Competition in 2008 with there track, Holes in You.
The Track "Lady Red" is featured in Aus thriller "Acolytes" due for release in early 2009 and they were requested by the director to record a cover of the legendary Died Pretty's "Sweetheart" which is also included in the film soundtrack together with Aus bands Wolf & Cub, Midnight Juggernaughts, Karnivool, Teenager etc.
