MC WOOD-Z

MC WOOD-Z is part of a breed of new talent in the UK hip hop scene with his first official album 'Shakespeare's Bastard Child', produced by top music producer Demilo, due out this summer.
WOOD-Z started out as a MC on Drum and Bass at the age of 16, performing at clubs and house party's around south east London where he met and collaborated with many of the other soon to be famous faces in the music industry.
After a year stint on Pirate station Silk Rooms FM with DJ Double C and winning the 1xtra Drum and Bass weekend with 6000 votes with his track 'Frozen Core' made at One Studio by GMC Blood.
WOOD-Z first album release was 1000 copy's of a limited edition album called 'Hundredth Monkey Syndrome' , which was his switch over from Drum and Bass to Hip Hop, and the album featured many unsigned artists, including Florence weltch of Florence and the Machine fame.
As keeping with the collaboration feel of this new official album, WOOD-Z has teamed up with Director LORNA TUCKER for his first official video release 'L.O.V.E Love' Featuring JAMIE SCALLION, track produced by WOOD-Z & DEMILO, which is out now on the Official album 'Shakespeare's Bastard Child' which will be available on Itunes - My new album is available on itunes! just click this link - http://itunes.apple.com/gb/album/shakespeares-bastard-child/id565839326
