"Shy" - cos I am - "Lo" is the profile.kinda sums up this Tottenham born and bred MC. A true product of the 1st Jungle D&B explosion, Shylo was a regular raver at Telepathy, Metalheadz, Desire, and AWOL until that is, a chance meeting in the VIP at the infamous Metalheadz Fridays @ Leisure Lounge that resulted in the birth of Future Thinkin.
Having spent Future Thinkin's formative years setting the Future Thinkin ideology, Shylo 1st answered the call to arms in 2000, covering for Bad Company's absent MC @ Futurism @ The Scala in 2000. Since then Shylo has gone on to perform at numerous events around the UK as well as picking up bookings in Greece, Germany & Poland and has found a balance between the demands of the organisational side of things and the performance side, which is just as well, because traffic came calling!.
As MC's go Shylo is definitely from the "Music 1st" school of thought and is known for letting the beats do the talking. Influences over the years range from the legendary MC Conrad Stevie Hyper D to Justiyce, Dynamite, and GQ. All artists that know how to enhance a vibe using a distinct LYRICAL style, something that Shylo strives to achieve in every set. Having Mc'd for the likes of Bailey, Klute, Sabre, Andy C, Bad Company, DJ Lee as well as numerous sets with F.T.s DM C.U.T., Danny Exile, D'Zine and Bella DJ, he is know a firmly established, MC, a Future Thinkin / traffic resident, and a compliment to any set
