The newly formed, PDX based Cyclops Music Collective is a nine-member group of musicians from Oregon. It is Comprised of DJ’s, emcees, sound engineers, producers, poets/creative writers, instrumentalists, and overall positive thinkers.

This debut compilation album encompasses all of the styles, charms, attitudes, thoughts, and sounds of each individual Cyclops artist. Yet on record the artists have teamed together to create a sonic collision equivalent to that of a rush hour freeway pileup. Only this collision of influences, beliefs, tones, and deliveries is not fragmented. It has been polished into a synergistic work of eclectic art. Ranging from traditional boom bap on Track 2. Maybe That Aint For You, then jazzy blues on Track 12. Get In Get Out, also instrumentals on Track 14. Ports. A taste of rock is peppered in on Track 13. Vision. Finally on Track 15. Swift listeners are able to enjoy the entire collective on one track.

Although the Collective is new and fresh, as a whole, the members are no strangers to Portland venues, performing many times together in the past, they decided to unite and collectively work toward one goal: To preserve, maintain, and progress the quality, crucial elements, and culture of Hip-Hop music.

(2009) Cleen (LFTB.net) and Demune (PonowaiFlora.com) have joined forces to release an 8 track album under the group name of "Well." Their debut album entitled "Dreamers," blends the steady boom bap rap of Cleen with the off the wall vocal techniques of Demune in a cohesive work that mirrors the album's title. Both humorous and intelligent, "Dreamers" features production from a variety of talented producers along with the trumpet of Keefe Rayfield on 'Miles High Intermission.' The magnificent album artwork for this release was created by Albane (Paris, France) and has been highlighted by professional hi-quality full color printing. "Dreamers," reminiscent of early 90's underground hip hop, demonstrates the potential of these two emcees to create more great albums in the future.

(2006)"Crossbreeding and Grafting," marked with Demune's passionate delivery

and diverse musical influences, shines bright. He moves from the

grindcore choruses in "Self Defeating Threads" to the far more

hypnotic deliveries in "Gemini Hybrid." He ranges from subjects of greed

and gluttony in "Beautiful to Ugly," to the observations of a

spiteful hip-hop head in "Damaged Goods." His album leaves an impression on

both hybrid and traditional enthusiasts alike. "Crossbreeding and

Grafting" features underground talent such as the Mole (Motion

Recordings), Orphan (Plague Language ), Mattr (Ramadan Recordings), and

label mate Ancient Mith (Ponowai Flora / Subversiv* Records). With an

original sound, vibrant cover art by Imaone, and an eight-page booklet

containing song lyrics, this album is a high quality product.
