MAXX FURIAN DRUMMER
MAXX FURIAN was born 8/11/66: At the age of 10 he had his first approach with drums and he has been disciple of Master Enrico Lucchini (European master jazz).Drummer of jazz descent grown in the eighties, he is the real fusion drummer with strong personality. He defines himself a liquid groove man.
In 1993 Maxx moves to Los Angeles to study with Chad Wacherman and this experience will have a huge artistic influence in his vocational training.
He specializes also in R&B and he owns groove funk.
In pop he works with:
Laura Pausini, Nek, 883, Max Pezzali, Franco Battiato, Patty Pravo, Fabio Concato and Ornella Vanoni.
In march 2002 He participates to the memorial tribute to Jeffrey Porcaro in Koblenz, Germany.
He collaborates in jazz with Randy Brecker,Antonio Faraò,Ada Rovatti, Jeff Berlin, Othello Molineaux,Mauro Negri,Horacio "EL NEGRO"Hernandez,Mike Stern,Furio Di Castri,Flavio Boltro,Sonny Taylor,Laura Fedele,Massimo Moriconi,Marco Bianchi, Gigi Ciffarelli,Christian Galvez,Bebo Ferra and others.
In 1992 he founds a jazz trio NEW TRIO ONE which participates to differents European festivals .Three records have already been produced and the fourth is in preparation.
Another spectacular formation is La Drummeria, in which are protagonists 5 drummers of great level.
In april he will start a tour with his new band fast and furian.and maxx furian"jazz time"
