Matthew LaBrot

Before becoming a singer-songwriter, Matthew LaBrot was a teenage literary phenomenon – he's the youngest-ever recipient of the Agatha Award, a national crime fiction prize. Matthew's been performing on-stage since he was fifteen, the same year he won the Agatha. After a short stint as the lead singer of a rock band that changed its name almost weekly, he struck out on his own as a solo performer. Now twenty-two, Matthew lives and performs in the Dallas area.
