Mary-go-run!

Founded late 2005, the group is formed of Jeff Richard (ex.Gamblers, Wedding Ghost), Keith Bedard (ex. Hardawake), Bobby Guimond, Frederick L. Saidon and finally Jeff Houde (ex. Early Closer Day). Gaining experience over the years, the guys from the band wanted a project of impact.



In 2006, at the Mardis de la relève du Gambrinus (local bands competition), they come in second place gaining respect from people in the business , and getting visibility through medias such as Voir Mauricie (local paper), Energie 102.3 FM and others. Later on, L’International de l’art vocale approached MARY-GO-RUN! and offered them a place of choice in the outdoor program of this renowned festival, playing the first part of Malajube. Show after show, the musicians demonstrate a constancy to give nothing but the best of themselves on stage.



End 2006, beginning of 2007, two shows at the Dagobert, in Quebec City, let MARY-GO-RUN! enlarge their audience outside their usual boundaries. Performances with Les pistolets roses, The New Cities, Around Joshua, Grim Skunk, Choke, and Goldfinger are also part of the band’s track sheet.



The new album Lights & Elements is realized by Francis Perron and mastered by Pierre Remillard (Vulgaires Machins, Dany Bedard and many other collaborations with musicians of different styles). You will find within the sound of Lights & Elements, resemblances with Foo Fighters, Killers, Taking Back Sunday and other worldwide groups.
