MY NEW 45 IS AVAILABLE NOW!

If you have been waiting and waiting and waiting for me to have something

out, well the wait is over.

I play primarily Rockabilly which is a type of American roots music. This music was often born rural traveling dirt roads to town and

popularity. Also, I can be heard playing Country, Rockn Roll, Blues, R&B, Western Swing and various combinations of influences from the many other sub genres of American Roots styles. These were all the building blocks of Rockabilly, and if you want to play Rockabilly, you'd better be familiar with its foundations. Most often though, when I start counting off a song its going to be rockabilly. That is the music I am in love with and I can not get away from. It just has gotten in my bones.

The Moongazers are the best musical endeavor I have ever been a part of. Please give them a listen.

I also have a surf band called The Mercury Four, (in my top friends) we play straight up surf as well as instrumental B movie Sci-fi fast loud stuff too. I wear ear plugs in that band, it is loud. Also, I'm starting a Link Wray cover/tribute band called "The Seattle Switchblades" with some friends. It will be fun, watch out

for it, but it can sometimes take me a while to get things done. Figured I had to do this before someone else did it and butchered Mr. Wrays honor via some idiot rock-explosion.

My room mate who's also one of my best friends (Sweetpea) puts on a great pre-party on Thursday every year at Viva Las Vegas. You can always catch up with me there. I usually have some demos or whatever on me.

I have played with a bunch of people but that doesn't necessarily mean a whole lot. Lots of folks end up with a bad drummer more often then not. It is hard to find drummers that play musically and in accompaniment to the others they are playing with. I can say though that Wanda Jackson made it a point to say some very nice and specific things to me about my playing. Blew me away as I didnt think anyone but drummers listened like that to what the drummer was doing. She sure did! That was very nice of her. Sid and Billy King said they liked my playing also. Overall, I mostly get compliments and invitations to play again. I'm open to criticism though, as there is always room to improve.

Some acts that I have played with/in or drums for:

The Mercury Four (my surf band)

Wanda Jackson

Eddie Angel

Marti Brom

Sid and Billy King

Johnny Mercury

The Lustre Kings

Moses and The Moongazers

Betsy-Dawn Williams

Jeff Potter

Ruby Dee and The Snake Handlers

Trudie Falls

Billy Duane and the Creepers (best songwriter I know)
