Like most of my friends, I am very, very rich. And while most of my friends' wealth is derived from family and public service, or wise, wheelchair-bound children and their devotion to the Greater Good, my particular richness comes from an enormous amount of money. And swimming in that money. And kickboxing. And cooking buffalo steaks without a shirt on. And shouting YEAH every time a drop of grease spits up from the grill and sears my glistening chest.
