I guess I should start from the beginning and try to tell you everything in the shortest yet most concrete way possible.

I moved from Belgium-Europe in 2004.

I had been raised in a place where I was surrounded by farms, and animals, but was about 15 minutes walking distance from the city.

I had the best of both, I just wasn’t old enough to appreciate it as much as I would have now.

I was raised with music constantly (I did not realize this until I watched some home videos from when I was little a while back) if I wasn’t head-banging to The Eagles, Alanis Morissette, or Elton John, with my short white hair, and rainbow colored glasses that were bigger than my face, I was singing Flemmish folk songs with my mama or making up songs with my sister while banging on pots and pans, and strumming our tiny little out of tune guitars.

When we moved here I had no idea what to expect.

It was the first big move I had ever done in my life, and later I would be more than thankful for.

It was incredibly hard leaving behind my mom’s side of the family- grandma, grandpas, aunts, and uncles.

We were all very close.

My dad was from here, he was a pro-basketball player over seas and when he retired we had no choice but to move to the US.

When we arrived in Apple Valley California, we found out that we had lost all of our baggage in London, so we had no clothes for about a month.

It was really hard the first year.

But then my dad’s sister gave me an old Yamaha acoustic guitar.

That was when it all changed.

It was like my whole life got turned around and flipped right side up again.

I took a few lessons, but mainly taught myself by ear.

My fingers were barely long enough to fit the frets, but somehow I still managed to write a few cheesy songs.

I started writing more and more, and I felt like it was the only way I could get out any frustration, or happiness, and I was very thankful for that.

Pretty soon I received my first electric guitar and amp.

I immediately fell in-love with the sound of loud noise.

I wasn’t listening to Elton john anymore, but started listening to more raw and loud stuff like punk, and metal.

I continued writing songs and teaching myself how to make pretty noise.

Once I got a few decent songs under my belt and ready to play for coffee shops or local talent shows, one thing came from another.

I recorded a few demos with local music instructors and pretty soon found Dave Starr who was interested in managing me, and to this day is indeed my manager.

He got me a band, and I went on writing songs with him.

It all seems like it went by so fast now, and its crazy how far I’ve come, I mean… here I am playing shows, and creating myself.

I am here to make my mark, and no one is going to stop me.

If I have made it this far, I can make it as far, and big as I want.

I am prepared to have people hate me, and to have people love me.

I want to give people something new, something they’ve never heard, or experienced.

My goal is to create a new era of music, and everything that comes with it.

So take a seat, close your eyes, open your mind, and absorb.
