About MEMy name is Mario Duane, I was born in Detroit Michigan.
I am a singer,songwriter, producer and actor.
My first national stage play was E. Lynn Harris's novel, "Not A Day Goes By".
Since then I have done two other productions by T. J. Hemphill," The Return of Mr. Scrooge"and" The Good The Bad and My Mother", By the grace of God
I landed the lead in both productions. I also was casted for a lead role in the plays " Drama in the shop", and Dennis L. Reeds"He Said, She Said" which were also national productions. I also landed a co star role in the indie film "Bad Medicine" not yet released, and I got the lead role in the indie film "Till Death" By Black Smith Enterprises, to be released in the summer of "08". I produced my first CD, Simply Mario, three local hip hop cd's and also produced six tracks on Christian Keyes, CD, “Day by Day” and I sing a duo with him,"You Said" a track that i produced.
I had the honor to produce a track for the E1 Project for the AIDS Awareness CD, and i just produced a track for hip hop artist Marlon Milanno and Obie Trice of shady records. I have also done some modeling for the Tayion colection, in cities such as Dallas, San francisco, LA's House of Blues, Atlanta, Harlem, and New Yorks fashion week. I love going to the theatre, watching movies and spending time with my family and my son
