◆Marie Style。それは、たった１人が作り出す音楽世界◆作曲、作詞、編曲、ピアノを中心にサックス、フルート、ギター、ドラム等をプレイ。全ての演奏、プログラミング及びエンジニアリング、ミキシングも自身で行う。
歌ものからインストゥルメンタルまで、セルフ・プロデュースによる作品を発表し続け、アルバムは半年に1枚という脅威のペースでリリース。2008年06月には記念すべき10枚目のアルバム『Marie X』をリリース。
◆”楽曲のイメージに合った言語を選択する”斬新かつ自由な発想◆日本語、英語によるアルバムに加え、05年6月、世界初とも言える8カ国語--日本語・イタリア語・ミャンマー語・スペイン語・韓国語・英語・中国語・ロシア語--によるアルバム『Marie IV』を発表。07年リリースの8枚目ではチェコ語、フランス語、ポルトガル語、ドイツ語を加え、合計で１２ヶ国語の楽曲を発表している。言語の響きと融合したMarie Styleは、どのような言語においてもメロディの良さは変わらないことを教えてくれる。
◆海外での活動◆活動の舞台は海外へと拡がり、韓国、ミャンマー、フランス、イタリア、イギリス、スイスにてライブを行っている。07年1月にフランス(カンヌ)で開催されたMIDEM(国際音楽産業見本市)のJAPAN NIGHTに日本人代表アーティストに選ばれ、小野リサ・カノン・藤原大輔らと共に、世界中の音楽関係者に向けてプレゼンライブに出演。その模様はNHK BS週刊シティー情報で放映された。
◆Marie Art Collection◆
独創的なタッチで描かれる画は、CDジャケット、盤面、HP上で披露。2005年3月よりCDジャーナル誌に毎月寄稿。(2008年6月号まで)
◆Marie祭り◆2008年9月、10枚目のアルバム『Marie X』リリース記念として"第1回Marie祭り"(at 赤城高原クローネンベルク・ドイツ村)をプロデュース。さらに2009年9月、何の記念でもないが"第2回Marie祭り"敢行。2Days1万人規模の祭りとなった。最終日の花火大会コラボ会場では、数千人の観客と共に一本締め!!で無事終了。さらに2010年第3回Marie祭りも無事終わり、2011年は??乞うご期待!!
