Welcome to Siafu Comics myspace page showcasing our premier comic the NEVERKNOTS. Our mission is simple ‘Resurrection!’ To restore balance by depicting Afrikan descendants wholistically back into the fantastic mythological ethos of the world community. The centri-focal perspective being Respect, Love and connectedness through the highly charged melanated, rhythmic soulforce that is authentic to earthtoned folk and lore.

What is the significance of the moniker neverknots?

Firstly 'The Neverknots' are a fictional family, not SUPERHEROES.



The term 'Neverknot' signifies a divine rebelliousness in the saying "Never Again!" referring to an exclamation and reaffirmation of strength uttered by a victim of rape. 'Knots' is 'the caught up spot' the tangle of confusion.



"Never again will I be confused."



'Never' in my story is a foreign mispronunciation of the land called Nehjer. Knots is a play on the acronym 'naut' as in Astronaut.



"rebel warriors who navigate water."

Water in Nehjerlohn cosmogony is the infinite expanse of space, inner and outer. The fluid trails of thread that link all of creation as well.



The members of my fictional family are forced to relocate and their names change with such. The more westernized pronunciation resembles the word

'Neverknots'.
